eLearning FAQs

Below are answers to commonly asked questions about our eLearning courses

  • How do I sign up to prescribe with Roseway Labs?

Send an email to [email protected] if you are registered in the UK or [email protected] if you are registered in the EU. One of our team will be in touch with further details.

  • How do I access the training courses?

Once you have registered for the training course(s) you will be provided with a link to access the course. It is best to complete the course on a desktop or laptop. Please contact us if you have any issues gaining access.

  • How long do the courses last?

Our courses vary in length but generally Derma courses require about one hour to one and a half hours of your time. Hormones courses require about two to three hours. Learning can be completed in sections but for the best learning experience, we recommend blocking out enough time to complete the whole module in one go.

  • How long do I have to take the course?

You will have 3 months to complete an individual course once purchased. If you buy a course bundle of more than one course, you will have 6 months in which to complete them.

  • Do I have to prepare anything for the courses?

No, it is not necessary to prepare anything before you undertake our courses. Basic knowledge of the different areas is beneficial but all of the information you will need for the specific topics will be covered in the module.

  • Will I receive a certificate for completing the module?

Yes, a certificate will be provided on completion of each module meaning you will be able to claim CPD credits for the time spent taking the course.

  • Will the modules count towards my CPD?

Yes, each module undertaken will have CPD points attached.

  • Do I have to sign up for all modules?

No, all our modules can be completed independently of each other. However, we would recommend completing a range of courses to boost your knowledge of compounding across all areas.

  • How can I get insurance to cover my prescribing activities?

We have partnered with Mint Insurance, which offers insurance to practitioners who have trained with Roseway Labs. https://www.mint-insurance.co.uk/roseway-students
